Wind Howling Today!

October 19, 2009

When the wind blows, the batteries get some juice, but we see no fish! wind blowing

This shot is from our security camera that is attached to the electronics enclosure. As many of you know, we also have a small network camera in the electronics enclosure to monitor battery conditions, etc. It is pumping 80-90 watts into the batteries. Look forward to clearer viewing.

New Camera Angle: See Teens4Oceans members at work!

October 15, 2009

We have currently moved the position of our newest camera to show the entirety of our Fish Room instead of our “hosting” clownfish. You can now see different T4O members at work in the Fish Room! Be sure to tune in at 10:30am to 11:00am each Thursday to view the origional Teens for Oceans Club meet and take care of the fish tanks every week! We are unable to give any other specific times as to when students will be in the room at this time but we hope to have a more complete schedule for you soon!

The Fish Room

* We are not sure if this will be a permanent switch, however we are going to try it out for a while. There will not be a club meeting this Thursday, 10/15, because we don’t have school, but check next week for the first meeting!

New Camera Up and Running

October 1, 2009

Hello fish enthusiasts! We are pleased to announce that we have set up yet another webcam! This latest camera gives you a crystal clear view of one of the tanks in our Teens 4 Oceans “Fish Room”, as named by the students who take care of the tanks inside. You can watch some beautiful clownfish “hosting” on a Stychodactyla gigantea anemone. The link to reach this camera can be found just below the one for the Bahia Honda cameras on the T4O website or off the webcam page. The lights are on from approximately 9pm – 11pm EST.

We are making plans to set up more “Fish Room” cameras in the future, but for now enjoy! If you have trouble with the link, email us at
